About Us

Louie grew up very mechanically inclined and with an entrepreneurial spirit.
He graduated from University of Windsor in 1994 as a Mechanical Engineer and served as an expert in his field for 15 years with companies such as Ford Motor Co., FEV and Hirata.

In 2004 he joined the real estate world as a Broker and in 2008 he bought a real estate brokerage firm with 2 locations. He has been involved in all aspects of real estate sales and development and construction ever since.

Louie retired from engineering in 2019 and later bought New Tech Drywall in 2023, incorporating his construction experience and business acumen.

Becky has been Louie’s right hand for over 30 years.
Her background in the legal field. She spent 7 years as a paralegal before going home to raise 5 children.

She got her real estate license in 2007 and has been the other half of all of the Saad Family business ventures.

She brings her office management skills to New Tech Drywall to make sure our customers and crews are well taken care of at the highest level.

Joeline serves as the organizational backbone of Marine City Drywall, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while supporting project success from start to finish.

Responsibilities include coordinating project proposals and bid submissions, managing client communications, maintaining project documentation, scheduling meetings, and providing administrative support to field and management teams.

Joline’s dedication plays a key role in delivering the quality, reliability, and exceptional service that Marine City Drywall clients have come to expect.

With over 30 years in the drywall industry, Chris brings hands on experience and steady leadership to every job. As a supervisor, he’s overseen projects of all sizes, both commercial and residential. He keeps crews organized and schedules on track.

Chris is known for his deep understanding of the trade and takes pride in doing the job right. We are very happy to have Chris on our team as he puts his all into the work he does.

Dan has grown up in the drywall industry and has been hands on since his teen years.
He has extensive experience especially sanding.
All print measures are done by Dan who has a good eye for detail.

Dave has been in the business for more than 20 years with field experience in steel framing and ACT ceilings. Dave is savvy in taking prints through the process of estimating, material lists and labor recruiting.
